LTI Mindatry profit increased

The net profit of the middle -sized IT service company LTI Mindatry increased by 2.5 per cent to Rs 1,128.6 crore in the fourth quarter of the last financial year 2025. The company’s net profit increased by 3.9 per cent over the third quarter. The company’s income increased by 9.9 per cent to Rs 97,717 crore during the period under review.

During the quarter under review, the company’s growth was mainly increased by banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) and 13.3 per cent growing manufacturing business. The company’s consumer business recorded a negative growth of 1.9 percent. The company’s income for the entire financial year rose 7 per cent to Rs 38,008.1 crore and the net profit increased by 0.4 per cent to Rs 4,602 crore. The company’s major markets increased by 6.8 per cent in income in North America, while the increase in Europe decreased by 1.5 per cent.

The job of quit in the company was 14.4 per cent, which is slightly higher than 14.3 per cent of a year ago. The company has a total of 81,650 employees, with a decrease of 2,657 compared to a year ago.

Wari Energy Benefits doubled to Rs 648 crore

The net profit of Wari Energy was doubled to Rs 648.49 crore due to increased income in the last financial year (2024-25) in the January-March quarter. The company said in a statement on Wednesday that its income increased by 37.69 percent to Rs 4,140.92 crore in the quarter under review. The company said, “The post-tax profit (PAT) was Rs 648.49 crore, which is a significant increase of 254.49 percent year-on-year.”

The company’s net profit for the entire financial year 2024-25 was Rs 1,932.15 crore with an annual increase of 107.08 percent. During this period, the company’s income increased by 27.62 percent to Rs 14,846.06 crore. As of March 2025, Wari has an order book of more than 25 GW, which costs Rs 47,000 crore. The demand in this is coming from Marki Utility-Scal Developers and Commercial and Industrial (C&I) segment.

The company’s total production was 7.13 GW in FY 2024-25, while in FY 2023-24 it was 4.77 GW. Amit Paithankar, a full-time director and Chief Task Officer of Wari Energy Limited, said, “Our Ebita (pre-tax income) estimate for the current financial year (2025-26) is Rs 5,500 crore to Rs 6,000 crore. The quality and execution capabilities of our order book will enable us to achieve these numbers. ‘

SBI General Insurance. The profit of Rs 509 crore is doubled

The net profit of general insurance company SBI General Insurance increased by more than two times in FY 2024-25 to Rs 509 crore. The subsidiary of State Bank of India earned a net profit of Rs 240 crore in the last financial year 2023-24. SBI General Insurance said in a statement on Wednesday that the company’s gross premium (GWP) income in the last financial year was Rs 14,140 crore, which is 11 percent higher than Rs 12,731 crore in 2023-24.

Bajaj Housing Finance profit up by 54 percent

In the fourth quarter of the last financial year, the net profit of Bajaj Housing Finance increased by 54 per cent to Rs 587 crore as compared to a year ago. The company’s net profit in the fourth quarter of FY 2024 was Rs 381 crore. The company’s undergoing assets also increased by 26 per cent to Rs 1,15 lakh crore during the period under review, which was Rs 91,370 crore in the March quarter of FY 2024.

Housing loan stake in all categories was 56.2 per cent, a loan of 10.7 per cent against the asset and 19.1 per cent of the lease rental discounting (LRD). The company’s debt assets increased by 25 per cent to Rs 99,513 crore as compared to a year ago.
