The House of Abhinandan Lodha House (HOABL) will construct skyscrapers under three major projects in Mumbai. The company on Wednesday announced to enter vertical real estate with an investment of Rs 2,500 crore in residential and commercial development. This is the first time HOABL is landing in the vertical real estate sector, as it had a non-perfect agreement with his elder brother Abhishek Lodha’s Macrotech developers from 2017 to 2022. Till now the company was constructing planned plotted development and villas in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Goa.
These three projects of skyscrapers are in Marine Lines, parallel to the Mumbai-American Culture Center, a view of Chowpatty Beach and a Joint Development Agreement Agreement (JDA) with Mittal Builders in Nagaon. The company is expected to generate revenue of Rs 3,500 crore with a collective development capacity of 31 lakh square feet. All three projects are expected to be started from the second quarter of FY 2026-27 and will be completed in the next five years.
HOABL Chairman Abhinandan Lodha said, ‘With our banging entry into the vertical development from South Mumbai to North MMR, our goal is to remove the gap in vertical real estate through many projects, which give priority to modern infrastructure designed according to timely delivery, premium lifestyle, customer focus and the needs of today’s needs. In the vertical real estate, the company will work in economical and super-‘category in cities like Amritsar, Vrindavan and Nagpur besides Mumbai.
