It is being told that he went to eat food at someone’s house late at night. The same person informed the police about him. Then the police caught him late at night from a sugarcane field. The police will present the accused in court today. Pune City DCP Crime Nikhil Pingale said that the accused was sitting in his village for the last two days.

In the investigation of the case, the police formed 13 teams. A reward of one lakh was also declared to find the accused. The accused Gade was hidden in a field in Shirur Taluka. The police also raided the village. On the information of the informer, the police apprehended the accused.

Police had helped drone

Talking to the media, the police said that technology was also used in this case. The police discovered him from a nearby farm. The help of drone and dog squad was taken to catch the accused. The police was also camping in the fields. The Pune police conducted a search operation in the sugarcane fields in Gunat, the ancestral village of the accused. The police suspected that he could hide in the sugarcane field there. More than 100 policemen, including senior officials, were busy in catching the accused. Apart from this, the police had increased security at Main Entry and Exit Puts in Pune as well as important bus stands and railway stations.

After being taken into the bus, the accused granted the woman and then ran away. Before escaping, he threatened the victim not to tell anyone about it.
